Quality Policy

 

In order to be faithful to our Mission and achieve our goals, ACH.BRITO believes it is key to implement and maintain a Quality Management System in accordance with Rule NP EN ISO 9001 and ISO 22716, thus complying with both: clients’, statutes, and regulations requirements applied to the product/service, and the Good Practices for the Manufacture of Cosmetic Products and legislation regarding the industry. Bearing in mind the resources needed for an efficient and effective development of key procedures for an ongoing improvement of the company’s performance. 

In order to fulfil our goals, the guidelines to be followed are: 

·     Satisfaction and loyalty of clients and consumers;

·     Motivation and Valorization of our employees;

·     Engagement of clients, employees, suppliers, and shareholders, via a clear and assertive communication policy able to increase the performance of the interested parties; 

·     Continuous improvement of products/services provided;

·     Encourage, in all levels of the company, an active and responsible attitude regarding the Environment and its Surroundings: foster pollution prevention, by reducing, to a minimum, the consumption of natural resources, energy consumption, packages’ waste, promoting reuse, recycle, and circular economy.
