Customs processing may delay your delivery by up to 5 business days.
All prices listed on our website exclude taxes or duties that may be applied under the import laws of your country.
Forwarders
We ship with DHL Worldwide and UPS in the USA.Currently, we don't ship orders to P.O. Boxes (Post Office Boxes) in the USA.
In case we need to change the forwarder, so we can offer our best service, we will inform you on the shipping confirmation email.
If desired you can also have your purchase send for next-day delivery (available for some countries only – confirmation on checkout). For estimates on cost please verify on the checkout.
Liability in case of damage or loss during transit time
Once the order is shipped Claus Porto cannot be held responsible of anything that may happen to your order. In any event you may contact us to support@clausporto.com and we will gladly answer all of your questions.Shipment tracking
Claus Porto will always send you an email with the tracking details of your order.You will be given a link to have direct access to the status of your shipment. If we cannot provide the link you can go to the forwarders’ website and use your tracking code.
Delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout. Please note that for certain destinations, shipments may be directed to a local service point instead of the delivery address. Customers are advised to check our shipping table for specific delivery options available for their country.Shipments are carried out without signature confirmation unless otherwise required by local regulations. The possibility of delivery without signature depends on the destination country and the carrier’s policies.
If the recipient is not available at the delivery address, or if the shipment is directed to a service point, the carrier will follow their standard procedures. If delivery cannot be completed, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. Shipping charges are non-refundable in such cases.
Risk of loss and title pass to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier. Claus Porto is not liable for loss, theft, damage, misdelivery, or non-receipt of packages after the shipment has been transferred to the carrier, or once the carrier marks it as delivered. While Claus Porto may assist in liaising with the carrier, such assistance does not constitute acceptance of liability.
Customers are encouraged to inspect the package promptly upon delivery or collection. Any visible issues, including missing items or damaged packaging, must be reported to Claus Porto within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted except as required by local law.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers are required to contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation or claim. While Claus Porto may, at its discretion, assist in communicating with the logistics provider, such assistance does not constitute acceptance of liability or responsibility for the shipment.

Delivery address changes
Once the order is confirmed and in our system no changes can be made on our end.Our customers are responsible for providing the right shipping information.
Shipping restrictions
Shipping restrictions apply to products containing substances which, as constituted, are considered hazardous to air transport. These include some of our liquid products containing alcohol, which cannot be shipped to certain countries.If you have added one of these products to your cart and the shipping address is in a country where such restrictions apply, you are required to remove your product(s). Alternatively, you can change the shipping address to a destination where such restrictions do not apply.

Free Shipping Policy
Free shipping for eligible destinations is applied only to the final amount payable on the order, that is, after all discounts, promotional codes, and campaigns have been applied.
This means that even if the original order value qualifies for free shipping, a promotion or discount that reduces the final amount below the minimum threshold will result in standard shipping fees being charged.
Please refer to the “Delivery Times and Shipping Fees” table to verify the applicable minimum threshold per destination.

Due to Brexit, the United Kingdom is now considered a non-EU country and, therefore, since 1 January 2021, parcel shipments to this destination are subject to customs clearance and potentially subject to additional fees and taxes. Claus Porto has no control over these costs and cannot be held responsible for them. Additional information can be consulted here.
These handling fees will depend on the value of the shipment:
- for orders up to 135 GBP (aprox. 150€):the standard UK VAT in force will apply.
- for orders over 135 GBP (aprox. 150€): additional duties/taxes may apply.
