ACH BRITO, SA (with registered office at Rua de Castelões Sul, 346, 4485-103 Fajozes, Vila do Conde) processes and uses all personal data for the purposes of marketing and communication of Claus Porto´s selected product information, namely, through emails, short text messages (“sms”) or through another equivalent form of electronic communication, according costumer's choice.

The personal data collected will not be assigned to any third party being processed only during the time that it might be deemed necessary, useful and relevant and the data will be safely eliminated afterwards.

At any moment and with no cost, cancelling of subscription to news­letters and commercial communications of Claus Porto can be done with an email to our Data Protection Officer: dpo@clausporto.com, and we will no longer process any personal data for the abovementioned purposes. The subsequent consent cancelation does not jeopardize the legality of the data processing done according to that consent.

The rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, objection and portability may be exercised by sending a letter by postal mail to our registered address or, by email to our Data Protection Officer: dpo@clausporto.com, which may also be used in need of any clarifi­cation regarding the processing of personal data.

In any event, you are also entitled to file a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Agency (CNPD).

Consent to the use of cookies.

For our website to function properly we use cookies. To obtain your valid consent for the use and storage of cookies in the browser you use to access our website and to properly document this we use a consent management platform: CookieFirst. This technology is provided by Digital Data Solutions BV, Plantage Middenlaan 42a, 1018 DH, Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Website: https://cookiefirst.com referred to as CookieFirst.

When you access our website, a connection is established with CookieFirst’s server to give us the possibility to obtain valid consent from you to the use of certain cookies. Data processing agreement

We have concluded a data processing agreement with CookieFirst. This is a contract required by data protection law, which ensures that data of our website visitors is only processed in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

Our website and CookieFirst automatically collect and store information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. The following data is collected:

- Your anonymised IP address

- Information about your Device

- The date and time you have visited our website

- The webpage url where you saved or updated your consent preferences

- The approximate location of the user that saved their consent preference

- A universally unique identifier (UUID) of the website visitor that clicked the cookie banner
